摘要
研究了以铬鞣废液为铬源,原位制备MgCr-LDHs的可行性。采用水热法制备了镁铬层状双金属氢氧化物(MgCr-LDHs),探究了不同原料、金属离子物质的量之比、氯化钠和甲酸对其结构的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)对其进行表征。结果表明,在n(镁)∶n(铬)为2∶1时,制备的类水滑石均具有花瓣状的片层结构,结晶度高,没有杂质相;加入氯化钠和甲酸会使类水滑石的层间距变大,结晶度有所降低,但不会阻止其形成;在铬鞣废液中制备的MgCr-LDHs片层结构明显,峰型尖锐,层间阴离子种类丰富,且使得铬鞣废液中总铬,3价铬和6价铬的去除率可以达到99.1%、96.5%和99.2%,为铬鞣废液中铬的回收利用提供了一定的思路。
The feasibility of in situ preparation of MgCr-LDHs using chrome tanning waste solution as a chromium source was investigated.Magnesium-chromium layered bimetallic hydroxides(MgCr-LDHs)were prepared by a hydrothermal method,and the effects of different raw materials,metal ion molar rati-os,sodium chloride,and formic acid on their structures were investigated and characterized using scan-ning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The re-sults show that at a magnesium-chromium molar ratio of 2∶1,all the prepared hydrotalcites have a petal-like lamellar structure with high crystallinity and no impurity phase.The addition of sodium chloride and formic acid causes the layers of hydrotalcites to become more widely spaced and the crystallinity to de-crease somewhat,but does not prevent their formation.The MgCr-LDHs prepared in chrome tanning wastewater had obvious lamellar structure,sharp peaks,rich interlayer anion species,and the removal rate of total chromium,trivalent chromium,and hexavalent chromium in chrome tanning wastewater could reach 99.1%,96.5%,and 99.2%,respectively.This provided a reference for chromium recycling in chrome tanning wastewater.
