不同糖源对稻螟赤眼蜂寿命和生殖功能的影响

Effects of different sugar sources on longevity and reproductive function of Trichogramma japonicum

摘要 糖源是寄生蜂主要能量来源,可影响其正常生理活动和繁殖效率,通过测定3种浓度(5%、10%、20%)的6种糖源(果糖、蜂蜜、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、甘露糖)饲喂处理对稻螟赤眼蜂寿命和生殖功能的影响,发现与蒸馏水对照相比,取食果糖、蜂蜜、葡萄糖、蔗糖或麦芽糖的稻螟赤眼蜂寿命均明显延长,且取食果糖、蔗糖或麦芽糖的雌蜂寿命显著高于雄蜂;试虫的寄生量和子代羽化率分别在取食10%葡萄糖和10%果糖处理中达最大值,而在5%甘露糖处理中,子代雌蜂量占比显著高于其他处理,为91.26%。研究结果可为优化稻螟赤眼蜂室内饲养繁殖的糖源供给提供理论依据。 Sugar sources serve as the primary energy for parasitic wasps and have been demonstrated to influence their physiological activities and reproductive efficiency.In this study,we examined the effects of three concentrations(5%,10%,and 20%)of six sugar sources(fructose,honey,glucose,sucrose,maltose,and mannose)on the longevity and reproductive function of Trichogramma japonicum.The results showed that the lifespan of T.japonicum fed on fructose,honey,glucose,sucrose,and maltose was significantly longer than that of the control group,which was fed distilled water.Notably,female wasps consuming fructose,sucrose,and maltose exhibited a significantly longer lifespan than their male counterparts.Additionally,the maximum number of parasitism events and the highest offspring emergence rate were observed when the wasps were fed 10%glucose and 10%fructose,respectively.In the feeding 5%mannose group,the percentage of females in the offspring was significantly higher than in the other treatment groups,reaching 91.26%.This study provides a theoretical basis for enhancing the reproductive potential and efficiency of indoor rearing of T.japonicum.
