摘要
历史建筑保护中奉行“最小干预”原则,隔震加固技术可以大幅提高原有建筑的抗震性能,较好地解决历史建筑保护和抗震安全之间的冲突。该文以某历史医疗建筑为例,研究了隔震加固对结构整体抗震性能的影响,同时基于《建筑抗震韧性评价标准》(GB/T38591—2020)及部分医疗设备的易损性参数,对比了隔震加固对中震和大震下建筑的修复费用、修复时间、人员伤亡的影响,对隔震加固前后建筑的抗震韧性等级进行了评价,从抗震韧性角度评价了历史医疗建筑的加固效果。
Based on the principle of minimal intervention in the protection of historical buildings,seismic isolation and reinforcement technology can greatly improve the seismic performance of the original buildings,and better solve the conflict between the protection of historic buildings and the seismic safety.Taking a historical medical building as an example,it studies the influence of seismic isloation reinforcement on the overall seismic performance of the structure.Based on the standard for Seismic Resilience Assessment of Buildings(GB/T 38591—2020)and the fragility parameters of some medical equipment,this paper compares the impact of seismic isolation reinforcement on the repair cost,repair time and casualties of buildings under moderate and large earthquakes,evaluates the seismic resilience level of the building before and after seismic isolation reinforcement,and evaluates the reinforcement effect of historical medical buildings from the perspective of seismic resilience.
