摘要
在国家实施“碳达峰、碳中和”战略和推动公立医院高质量发展的背景下,绿色医院建设成为医疗卫生行业的重要议题。深圳市《绿色医院评价规范》的推出,旨在引导医院建设/管理/运维走向绿色化、规范化,提升患者就医体验,提高资源利用效率,降低对环境的负面影响。文章对《绿色医院评价规范》进行了解读,对深圳市16家医院基于该规范的绿色医院评审实践进行了分析,总结了深圳市绿色医院建设的成果和实践过程中遇到的问题,提出相应建议,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。
Under the background of the country's implementation of the"carbon peak,carbon neutrality"strategy and the promotion of high-quality development of public hospitals,the construction of green hospitals has become an important issue in the medical and health industry.The launch of Shenzhen Green Hospital Evaluation Specification aims to guide hospital construction/management/operation and maintenance to be green and standardized,improve patients'medical experience,improve resource utilization efficiency,and reduce the negative impact on environment.This paper interprets the Green Hospital Evaluation Specification,analyzes the green hospital evaluation practice of 16 hospitals in Shenzhen based on the standard,summarizes the achievements and problems encountered in the construction of green hospitals in Shenzhen,puts forward corresponding suggestions,and looks forward to the future development direction.
