摘要
装配式桥梁是铁路桥梁工程工业化和标准化的发展方向,其中节段预制胶接拼装简支箱梁是梁部装配式的一种重要形式。孟加拉某铁路项目高架桥采用预应力混凝土节段预制胶接拼装简支箱梁结构,是节段胶拼梁的一次标准化、规模化应用。本文结合该节段胶拼简支箱梁的设计、施工,阐述节段预制胶接拼简支箱梁的结构设计、施工工艺的技术特点,并与整孔预制架设法进行对比分析,结果表明节段预制胶接拼简支箱梁在一定条件下具有优势。研究成果可对后续铁路节段胶拼梁的设计和施工提供指导。
Prefabricated bridges represent the direction of industrialization and standardization in construction of railway bridges,with segmentally prefabricated epoxy-glued simply-supported box girders being a pivotal form of girder assembly.A viaduct in a certain railway project in Bangladesh is designed with the structure of pre-stressed concrete segmentally prefabricated epoxy-glued simply-supported box girders,marking a standardized and large-scale application of segmental glued girders.Based on the design and construction of these segmental epoxy-glued simply-supported box girders,this paper reviewed the structural design,and construction technologies of prefabricated segmental epoxy-glued simply-supported box girders.Furthermore,it conducted a comparative analysis with the full span precasting and erection method,revealing that prefabricated segmental epoxy-glued simply-supported box girders hold advantages under certain conditions.The study outcomes aim to guide the design and construction of future railway segmental epoxy-glued girders.
