摘要
综述老年糖尿病病人社会隔离的现状、影响因素及测量工具,提出干预策略,以期为制定适用于老年糖尿病病人社会隔离的个性化干预措施提供理论依据,提高病人的生活质量。
This paper reviewed the current situation,influencing factors and measurement tools of social isolation in elderly diabetic patients,and proposed intervention strategies,so as to provide a theoretical basis for formulating personalized intervention measures suitable for social isolation of elderly diabetic patients,and to improve the quality of life of patients.
