专业认证视角下高校护理学专业创新创业课程建设满意度调查研究

Investigation on the satisfaction of innovation and entrepreneurship course construction in nursing specialty of colleges and universities from the perspective of professional accreditation

摘要 目的:了解护理学专业学生对创新创业课程建设的满意度,为护理学专业教学改革与发展提供理论依据并促进专业建设。方法:选取山西省6所高等院校护理学生进行创新创业教育质量评价。结果:护理学生对创新创业课程建设各条目的满意度均超过60%,其中学生对课程中教师指导有助于了解护理学科知识前沿动态的满意度最高(75.2%),对创业课程内容与护理学专业知识结合紧密的满意度最低(62.6%)。不同性别、创业实践、亲属创业经历、高考前居住地和班级成绩的护理学生对创新创业课程的满意度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理学生对创新创业课程建设的满意度总体处于中等偏上水平,但不同群体间存在差异。因此,高校应加强创新创业课程建设,培养兼具护理学专业知识和创新创业能力的综合性、专业性和创新性护理人才,以适应国家医药卫生服务体系改革和护理学科的发展。 Objective:To understand the satisfaction of nursing students with the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship course,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the teaching reform and development of the nursing major,and to promote the professional construction.Methods:A questionnaire survey on the quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education was conducted among nursing students from 6 colleges and universities in Shanxi province.Results:The satisfaction rate of nursing students with each item of the innovation and entrepreneurship course construction exceeded 60%.Students had the highest satisfaction rate(75.2%)that the teacher's guidance in the course was helpful for understanding the cutting⁃edge dynamics of nursing discipline knowledge.The satisfaction rate with the close combination of entrepreneurship course content and nursing professional knowledge was the lowest(62.6%).There were statistically significant differences in terms of the satisfaction scores of nursing students with innovation and entrepreneurship courses among different genders,entrepreneurial practices,relatives'entrepreneurial experiences,places of residence before the college entrance examination and class grades(P<0.05).Conclusions:The satisfaction of nursing students with the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship courses was generally at a moderately high level.But there were differences among different groups.Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship courses to cultivate comprehensive,professional and innovative nursing talents with both professional knowledge of nursing and innovation and entrepreneurship capability,so as to adapt to the reform of the national medical and health service system and the development of the nursing discipline.
