摘要
原采用单层屋面系统的既有建筑屋面随着时间的推移,会陆续出现防水和保温等构造层次失效问题,无法匹配建筑的一些新的功能性需求,如分布式光伏、安全防坠落等。本文旨在通过对国内外相关产品、技术和标准规范的研究,探讨集成式预制件在单层屋面修缮翻新中的应用,论证其在提升施工效率、保障屋面工程质量和安全耐久使用等方面的优势。
Over time,the waterproofing and insulation layers of existing buildings with single-ply roofing system deteriorate,failing to meet new functional requirements such as distributed photovoltaic systems and fall protection.This article aims to investigate the application of integrated prefabricated components in single-ply roof renovation through research on domestic and international relevant products,technologies and industry standards,demonstrating its advantage in improving construction efficiency,ensuring roof quality and enhancing long-term safety and durability.
