摘要
目前大跨度工业厂房或公共建筑金属屋面采用TPO/PVC单层屋面防水系统比较普遍,常规做法都是压型钢板、隔汽层、保温层、防水层,每道工序一层一层进行施工,施工周期较长。如果将TPO防水卷材与钢板在工厂提前进行复合与压型,即为TPF塑钢瓦,现场安装完TPF塑钢瓦后,防水层随钢板同时铺设完成,极大地提高了施工效率。本文介绍了TPF塑钢瓦产品的特点和在工业厂房上的应用案例,对其施工工艺流程和细部节点处理做法作了详细阐述。
At present,TPO/PVC single-ply roof waterproofing system is widely used in metal roof of large-span industrial buildings and public buildings.The conventional construction method involves profiled steel decking,vapor barrier,insulation layer and waterproofing membrane.The process is constructed layer by layer and the construction period is relatively long.When TPO waterproofing membrane is prefabricated with steel sheet through lamination and profiling process in factory,the resulting product is termed TPF plastic steel tile.After installation of TPF plastic steel tile,the waterproofing membrane and steel panel are installed simultaneously,significantly enhancing construction efficiency.This article introduces the characteristics of TPF plastic steel tile and its application in industrial buildings,and details its construction process and node treatment methods.
