摘要
针对新疆地区谷物联合收获机作业时出现籽粒清选效果差、含杂率高等问题,开展谷物联合收获机高效低损清选技术研究,设计了一种由鱼鳞式振动筛和横流风机组成的谷物清选装置。该装置能有效提升机具清选性能,降低含杂率的同时提高清选效率,实现了谷物高效、高净、低损收获。通过田间试验可知,本谷物联合收获机清选装置在收获作业时平均含杂率为0.88%,平均损失率为1.27%。通过田间对比试验可知,平均含杂率和损失率分别降低了1.01%和0.58%,证明了该装置具有一定的应用价值与推广前景。
Aiming at the problems such as poor grain cleaning effect and high impurity-containing rate during the operation of grain combine harvesters in Xinjiang region,research on high-efficiency and low-loss cleaning technology for grain combine harvesters was carried out.A cleaning device for grain was designed,which is composed of a fish-scale vibrating sieve and a cross-flow fan.This device can effectively improve the cleaning performance of the machine,reduce the impurity-containing rate while increasing the cleaning efficiency,and achieve high-efficiency,high-purity and low-loss harvesting of grain.Through field tests,it is known that the cleaning device for grain combine harvesters designed in this paper has an average impurity-containing rate of 0.88%and an average loss rate of 1.27%during harvesting operations.As shown by the field comparison tests,the average impurity-containing rate and loss rate are reduced by 1.01%and 0.58%,respectively,which proved that the device has certain application value and promotion prospects.
