摘要
为了解宁夏枸杞和黑果枸杞的生物学特性及其遗传优势,筛选出具有优良特性的新品种,对其杂交F1代果实生长发育模型进行分析。本研究以宁夏枸杞和黑果枸杞杂交F1子代的果实为样本,对杂交后产生的27个果实每隔3 d测定果实的横径、纵径及果柄长,研究果实的生长发育动态并建立相关数学模型。研究结果表示,F1代果实纵径动态变化曲线为双S型生长曲线,生长规律为快—慢—快,在授粉后44 d达到最大值16.02 mm,数学模型拟合为三次函数、幂函数及对数方程;横径的变化曲线为单S型生长曲线,生长规律为慢—快,在授粉后44 d达到最大值7.35 mm,数学模型拟合为三次函数方程;果柄长的变化曲线为单S型生长曲线,生长规律为快—慢,在授粉后38 d达到最大值18.72 mm,数学模型部分拟合为三次函数,部分接近逆函数、S函数方程。本研究为提高枸杞类农作物的产量和品质,培育新品种提供了科学依据。
In order to understand the biological characteristics of Lycium barbarum and Lycium ruthenicum and the genetic advantages between them,and to screen out new varieties with excellent characteristics,the model of fruit growth and development of the F1 generation of their crosses was analyzed.In this study,we used the fruits of the F1 progeny of the cross between Lycium barbarum and Lycium ruthenicum as samples,and measured the transverse and longitudinal diameters of the fruits and the length of the stipe of the fruits at 3 d intervals on 27 fruits produced from the cross,to study the dynamics of the growth and development of the fruits and to establish the relevant mathematical models.The results indicated that the dynamic change curve of longitudinal diameter of the F1 generation was a double S-shaped growth curve,with the growth pattern of fast-slow-fast,which reached the maximum value 16.02 mm at 44 d after pollination,and the mathematical model was fitted to the cubic,power and logarithmic equations.The variation curve of the transverse diameter was a single S-shaped growth curve with a slow-fast growth pattern,reaching a maximum 7.35 mm at 44 d after pollination,and the mathematical model was fitted to a cubic equation.The change curve of fruit stalk length was a single S-shaped growth curve,the growth pattern was fast-slow,and reached the maximum value 18.72 mm at 38d after pollination,and the mathematical model was partly fitted as a cubic function,and partly close to the inverse function and S-function equation.This study provides a scientific basis for improving the yield and quality of Lycium chinense crops and breeding new varieties.
