摘要
针对激光加工工艺,基于COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件,对激光烧蚀金属过程进行了系统的数值模拟分析。通过模拟激光与金属靶材的相互作用,深入探讨了激光能量的传递、金属的热响应及烧蚀过程中的温度场分布等关键因素。该仿真结果为实际激光加工过程提供了理论依据,有助于优化工艺参数,提高加工效率和质量,同时有效降低实验成本。
Aiming at the laser machining process,a systematic numerical simulation analysis of the laser ablation process of metal was carried out based on COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software.By simulating the interaction between the laser and the metal target,key factors such as the laser energy transfer,the thermal response of the metal and the temperature field distribution in the ablation process were discussed in depth.The simulation results provided a theoretical basis for the actual laser machining process and helped optimize the process parameters so as to improve the machining efficiency and quality while effectively reducing the experimental cost.
