摘要
通过控制不同的拉伸速率,对锆材进行室温拉伸试验,以测定其力学性能,并比较分析了拉伸速率对试验结果的影响。试验结果表明,拉伸速率对锆材屈服强度的影响较为显著,而对抗拉强度的影响则相对较小。对锆材进行力学性能测试时,其拉伸速率应控制在0.00025 s^(-1)的范围内。
In order to measure the mechanical properties of zirconium materials at room temperature by controlling different tensile rates,the influence of tensile rate on the test results was compared and analyzed.The test results showed that the tensile rate had a significant influence on the yield strength of zirconium materials,but the influence on the tensile strength was relatively small.When the mechanical properties of zirconium materials were tested,the tensile rate should be controlled in the range of 0.00025 s^(-1).
