摘要
金刚石圆锯片是石材加工中不可或缺的一种高效工具,为了保证石材的切割质量,金刚石锯片基体需要经过淬火、回火处理以获得良好的机械性能,从而使金刚石圆锯片在切割过程中不产生较大的变形和偏摆。淬火、回火处理能使金刚石圆锯片基体具有均匀的金相组织及优异的机械性能。淬火处理是保证金刚石圆锯片基体具有优异机械性能的关键步骤之一,研究了淬火加热时间对金刚石圆锯片基体加工质量的影响规律,以及经过回火处理后金刚石圆锯片基体的金相组织和机械性能变化。
Diamond circular saw blade is an indispensable and efficient tool in stone processing.In order to ensure the cutting quality of stone,the diamond saw blade substrate needs to be quenched and tempered to obtain good mechanical properties to support the diamond circular saw blade in the cutting process without large deformation and deflection.Quenching and tempering treatment can make the diamond circular saw blade substrate have a uniformity structure and excellent mechanical properties.Quenching treatment is one of the key steps to obtain good mechanical performance.The influence of quenching heating time on the machining quality of diamond circular saw blade matrix is studied,as well as the changes in microstructure and mechanical properties of the diamond circular saw blade matrix after tempering treatment.
