摘要
介绍170型液压工程机械轮胎硫化机的特点、工艺参数、主要结构和功能等。170型液压工程机械轮胎硫化机主要由主机、中心机构、活络模操纵机构、移动机架、装卸胎机构、热工动力管路、液压系统、控制系统和安全防护装置组成,实现全自动化运行,生产效率高,设计注重安全,生产的轮胎性能明显提高。
The characteristics,process parameters,main structure and functions of the 170 type hydraulic off-the-road(OTR)tire curing press were introduced.The 170 type hydraulic OTR tire curing press was mainly composed of host machine,central mechanism,flexible mold control mechanism,mobile frame,tire loading and unloading mechanism,thermal power pipeline,hydraulic system,control system,and safety protection device.Fully automated operation was achieved,offering high production efficiency.The design emphasized safety,and the performance of the OTR tires was significantly improved.
