摘要
研究废旧轮胎裂解炭黑部分替代炭黑N660在无内胎全钢子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用。结果表明:与炭黑N660相比,裂解炭黑的粒径较小,结构度较低,灰分含量较高,粒子较硬;使用裂解炭黑部分替代炭黑N660后,胶料的气密性和耐屈挠疲劳性能相当,其他性能变化不大;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能均满足国家标准要求。
The application of pyrolysis carbon black from waste tires as a partial replacement for carbon black N660 in the inner liner compound of tubeless all-steel radial tires was studied.The results showed that compared with carbon black N660,pyrolysis carbon black had smaller particle size,lower structural degree,higher ash content and harder particles.After partially replacing carbon black N660 with pyrolysis carbon black,the air tightness and flexural fatigue resistance of the compound were comparable,while other properties changed little.The high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire met the national standard requirements.
