摘要
公共性的哲学建构是当今人类思想文明演化的核心文化主题。“公共”是世界存在的本质,是人类关于对象世界哲学思维的逻辑起点,是人类思想文化的母体与母题,划定了人类思想文化的边界,决定着人类思考的深度、文化的高度。公共、公共性是人类历史、生存、文化以及价值的总体,是人类全部存在意义的凝结,是人类所有努力所要达到的目标。公共、公共性问题的思考和实践性关切,关联着人类基于公共利益和共同福祉至上的信念,吁求一种优良理性规制的秩序化美好生存样态。面对差异化、离散化、非同一化的人类思想理论、历史实践、制度文明以及生存和生活信念的冲突现实,人类理智地提出了基于公共性思维高度的诸如“本体理性认定”“实践主体性创制”“文化共契性在场”“价值前瞻性引领”等不同认知和智识。进入后全球化时代以来,中国政府、中国社会、中国知识界基于人类历史和生存的总体性关切,贡献了具有普遍意义的公共性与哲学建构的中国方案、中国智慧。“人与自然和谐共生的地球生命共同体”“新发展理念”“人类命运共同体”“全人类共同价值”“文明交流的平等共存与交流互鉴”等等,都是具有时代性高度、历史性宽度以及理论性深度的原创性远见卓识和典范性表达,体现了我们这个时代人类关于公共世界、公共性与哲学认知、建构与履践的最高水平,以及让公共性问题的哲学思考说中国话,构建当代中国公共性哲学的鲜明理论立场、智慧和思想方案。
The philosophical construction of publicity is the core cultural theme in the evolution of human thought and civilization in the contemporary era.“Public”constitutes the essence of worldly existence,serves as the logical starting point for human philosophical thinking about the objective world,and acts as the matrix and motif of human thought and culture.It delineates the boundaries of human intellectual culture and determines the depth of human reflection and the height of cultural achievement.Public and publicity are the entirety of human history,survival,culture,and values.They are the cohesion of the meaning of human existence and the goal that all human efforts aim to achieve.Reflections and practical engagements with publicity are rooted in humanity’s belief in prioritizing public interests and common well-being.They call for an eternal pursuit of ordered and flourishing existence through well-regulated rationality.In the face of the conflicting reality of differentiated,discrete,and non-uniform human thought theories,historical practices,institutional civilization,and survival and life beliefs,human intellect has proposed different cognition and knowledge based on public thinking,such as“ontological rational identification”,“practical subjectivity creation”,“cultural consensus presence”,and“value foresight guidance”.In the era of new globalization,the Chinese government,society,and intellectual community have contributed universal public and philosophical constructions of Chinese solutions and wisdom based on the overall concerns of human history and survival.The concepts of“a harmonious coexistence of human and nature as a global community of life”,“new development philosophy”,“a community with a shared future for mankind”,“common values for all mankind”,and“equal coexistence and mutual learning of civilization exchanges”are all original expressions of foresight and exemplary significance with a high degree of timeliness,historical breadth,and theoretical depth.They demonstrate unparalleled contemporary advancements in humanity’s understanding,construction,and practice regarding the public world and public.Furthermore,they articulate a distinct Chinese theoretical stance-one that enables philosophical discourse on publicity to speak with a Chinese voice-while formulating intellectual frameworks for constructing modern China’s public philosophy.
