摘要
文章通过对瓦日线C_(70E(H))-A型铁路货车编组万吨重载列车发生的典型故障和普通列车进行比较,对C_(70E(H))-A型万吨重载列车发生的车轮损耗、钩舌裂纹、闸瓦磨损等故障进行了深入分析,结合运营情况,从轮轴、转向架、整车检修方面提出了关键环节的质量保障措施和定期组织整备的检修、运用应对策略,保障C_(70E(H))-A型万吨重载列车的性能,降低故障率,提高车辆使用效率,同时,在列车编组方式、研发无线网络传递制动信号、改进钩舌等方面提出了相关建议,为进一步优化C_(70E(H))-A型万吨重载列车技术提供了参考。
The article compares the typical faults of the C_(70E(H))-A 10000-ton heavy haul train formed by railway freight cars running on Watang-Rizhao line and those of ordinary trains and analyzes in depth the faults such as wear of wheels,cracks of coupler knuckles and wear of brake shoes occurring in the C_(70E(H))-A 10000-ton heavy haul train.Considering the operation situation,it proposes the quality assurance measures for key links,the regular organization of maintenance and the operation coping strategies in the aspects of maintenance of axle,bogies and cars so as to ensure the performance of the C_(70E(H))-A 10000-ton heavy haul train,reduce the fault rate and increase the service efficiency of the cars.Meanwhile,it give suggestions related to the form of train formation,the R&D of wireless network transmission of braking signals,improvement of coupler knuckles and other aspects,providing a reference for further optimizing the technologies of the C_(70E(H))-A 10000-ton heavy haul train.
