摘要
介绍了某出口米轨线路特点和研制货运米轨转向架的技术难点。针对这些难点,借助货车转向架关键技术如中交叉支撑装置、一系轴箱弹性定位装置、双作用常接触弹性旁承装置、轻量化技术等提出了相应的解决方案和应对措施。最后,依托电池拖车转向架给出了具体产品实现方案。运用考验结果表明,转向架各项性能均满足相关技术要求。
The article introduces the track characteristics and the technical difficulties of development for the bogies of an exported meter-gauge freight car and proposes the solution and the coping measures by adopting the key technologies for bogies of freight car such as the mid-cross support technology,primary axle box elastic positioning technology,double-acting constant-contact resilient side bearing technology and lightweight technology.Finally,it proposes the specific product realization solution based on the bogie of battery trailer.The service test result shows that all performances of the bogie meet the related technical requirements.
