走行部在线故障诊断系统在轨道波磨检测中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 轨道波磨会产生噪声污染和异常振动,引起轨道结构恶化,造成车辆相关部件出现疲劳损伤,影响车辆运营安全。为实现轨道波磨的实时监测,及时掌握轨道波磨情况,保障列车运营安全,利用车辆已安装的走行部在线故障诊断系统,基于“广义共振及共振解调”技术、惯性基准法,建立了轨道波磨诊断模型;利用“大数据挖掘”和“健康管理”理念,通过大量数据迭代、计算和学习,建立了一套适用于现场运用的轨道健康评估模型,实现了车载在线轨道波磨的实时检测,并基于统计数据制定了波磨动态阈值模型,利用车地传输系统实时将检测结果传回地面系统,实现了轨道波磨的健康评估。经实际运用表明,轨道健康评估结果与轨道实际波磨情况相吻合。 The rail corrugation will cause noise pollution and abnormal vibration,lead to degradation of rail structure,result in fatigue damage in related components of vehicle and affect the operational safety of vehicles.To realize the real-time monitoring of the rail corrugation,master the rail corrugation situation in time and guarantee the operational safety of trains,the running gear online fault diagnosis system already mounted on vehicles has been used to build up a rail corrugation diagnosis model based on the“generalized resonance and resonance demodulation”technology and the inertia reference method;the“big data mining”and“health management”concepts are used to establish a rail health assessment model adapted to the on-site operation through extensive data iteration,computation and learning to realize the vehicle-mounted online real-time detection of rail corrugation.And based on the statistical data,a corrugation dynamic threshold model has been established,using the vehicle-ground transmission system to send the detection results back to the ground system in real time so as to realize the health assessment of rail corrugation.The actual application shows that the rail health assessment results are consistent with the actual rail corrugation situation.
