摘要
橡胶元件的使用性能变化规律是轨道交通行业重点研究内容之一。橡胶元件的性能直接影响车辆修程修制的制定。传统的橡胶自然老化方法存在试验周期长、模型通用性不足的弊端,因此,文章采用阿伦尼乌斯公式为理论基础的加速老化试验方法,通过测定静密封橡胶元件在经历不同温度及时间老化后的性能变化,推算了常温下橡胶元件的性能变化规律,并与经过实车运用后的实测值进行了对比。结果表明,应用该方法可以有效预测静密封橡胶元件的老化规律,结果分布在理论预测区间内,能够满足实际应用要求。同时,该方法可以为其他橡胶元件的寿命预测提供参考。
The service performance change rule of rubber components is one of the important contents of study in the rail transit industry.The performance of rubber components has a direct influence on the establishment of repair class and maintenance system of vehicles.The conventional natural ageing method for rubber has the disadvantages of long testing period and insufficient universality of model.Therefore,the article adopts the accelerated ageing test method based on the Arrhenius equation and by testing the performance changes of the static sealing rubber components after ageing at different temperatures for different durations,figures out the performance change rule of the rubber components at ambient temperature and compares it with the value measured in actual operation on car.The results show that this method allows to effectively predicts the ageing rule of the static sealing rubber components and that the results are distributed within the theoretical prediction area,which meets the requirements of actual application.Meanwhile,this method can provide reference for predicting the service life of other rubber components.
