摘要
中华优秀传统体育文化融入中小学体育大课间是时代必然与应有之义。采用文献资料法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法,全面阐述两者融合的逻辑内涵,深入剖析当前面临的现实困境,进而提出中华优秀传统体育文化融入中小学体育大课间的创新路径为:1)依循体育核心素养,精研传统体育活动;2)融合地域文化特色,深耕本土文化传承;3)创新活动组织形式,畅享运动愉悦体验;4)拓展文化传承载体,厚植大课间文化内涵。旨在促进学生对传统文化的传承与发展,增强学生体质与文化素养,为中小学体育教育与文化传承的协同发展提供理论与实践参考。
The integration of excellent Chinese traditional sports culture into sports break of primary and secondary schools is an inevitable and necessary trend of the times.By using the methods of literature review,field investigation,and logical analysis,this paper comprehensively elaborates on the logical connotation between them,deeply analyzes the current practical difficulties,and proposes some innovative paths for integrating excellent Chinese traditional sports culture into the sports break of primary and secondary schools:1)Following the core literacy of sports and focusing on traditional sports activities;2)Integrating regional cultural characteristics and deeply cultivating the inheritance of local culture;3)Innovating the organizational form of activities and enjoying the pleasant experience of sports;4)Expanding the carrier of cultural inheritance and cultivating the cultural connotation of the big break.All is intended to promote the inheritance and development of traditional culture among students,enhance their physical fitness and cultural literacy,and provide theoretical and practical references for the coordinated development of physical education and cultural inheritance in primary and secondary schools.
