摘要
把握数字经济时代机遇,构建新型城乡关系、推动城乡融合发展是我国全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基本战略方向和核心发展策略。运用空间计量、无条件分位数及门槛效应模型,剖析2011—2021年我国数字经济发展对城乡融合进程的影响。研究发现:数字经济显著推动了城乡融合发展,并通过缩小收入差距、深化产业融合、促进要素流动及市场一体化等机制发挥作用。随着数字经济水平提高,城乡收入差距缩小和产业整合呈现门槛效应。此外,二者影响存在空间溢出效应,空间关联性在2011—2018年逐渐增强,2019年后受新冠肺炎疫情等因素影响略有减弱。为此,建议加快数字与交通基础设施建设,调整城乡协同发展战略,完善农民增收、城乡产业融合与要素配置机制,并立足地方实际精准施策。
Embracing the opportunities of the digital economy era,building a new urban-rural relationship,and promoting integrated urban-rural development constitute the core developmental strategy and fundamental strategic direction for China to progress towards a socialist modern country.It uses spatial econometrics,unconditional quantiles,and threshold effect models to analyze the impact of the development of China's provincial digital economy on the process of urban-rural integration from 2011 to 2021.The study found that the digital economy significantly promoted the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and played a role through mechanisms such as narrowing the income gap,deepening industrial integration,promoting factor mobility,and market integration.With the improvement of the digital economy,the gap between urban and rural income and expenditure has narrowed,and the threshold effect of industrial integration has emerged.In addition,there is a spatial spillover effect between the two factors,and the spatial correlation gradually increased from 2011 to 2018,but slightly weakened after 2019 due to factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic.Therefore,it is suggested to accelerate the construction of digital and transportation facilities,adjust the coordinated development strategy between urban and rural areas,improve the mechanisms for farmers'income and expenditure,urban-rural industrial integration,factor allocation,and implement precise policies based on local conditions.
