摘要
通过利用人员定位虚拟安全措施技术、人像识别轨迹跟踪技术、情绪识别异常行为分析技术、物体检测图像分析技术和智能物联网AIoT技术,优化多维感知能力,形成多维感知智能识别技术体系。基于此建立的电厂作业安全管控和现场环境监测的多维感知安全监控平台,从多维度精准监测现场人员的状态、位置、行为等信息,实时发出违规告警提醒,及时发现异常情况和纠正不当行为。这提升了生产现场安全管控水平,实现了安全管理的“六化”目标,为电厂本质安全管理提供了有力保障。
By means of the personnel positioning and virtual safety measure technology,facial recognition and trajectory tracking technology,emotion recognition and abnormal behavior analysis technology,object detection and image analysis technology and intelligent IoT(AIoT)technology,the multidimensional perception capability has been enhanced and a multidimensional perception and intelligent recognition technology system has been established.The multidimensional perception and safety monitoring platform for safety management and control in the operation of the power plant and on-site environment monitoring based on the system accurately can monitor the states,locations and behaviors of the on-site personnel from multiple dimensions,provide real-time warnings of violations,and promptly detect and correct improper actions.The platform has improved the level of safety management in production areas and achieved the six goals of safety management,providing a strong guarantee for the essential safety management of the power plant.
