基于二进制算法的ETS信号异常诊断方法研究与应用

摘要 针对某百万发电机组汽轮机危急遮断系统(ETS)信号不独立、多点输入信号无法实时监视和判断不一致的异常,造成的机组保护控制系统存在重大安全隐患的问题,提出了基于二进制算法的保护信号三项不一致报警逻辑,实现了非一体式的ETS保护装置输入信号的实时监视和判断,同时提出了先进可靠的诊断方案,彻底解决了信号异常的诊断分析问题,全面实现了ETS的全程冗余配置,有效提高了ETS的信号独立性和安全可靠性。 The ETS signals of a 1000 MW generating set are not independent,real-time monitoring of the multi-input signals can not be realized and they can not be judged consistently,so there are serious security risks in the protection and control system of the unit.This paper presents a three-item inconsistent alarm logic for protection signals based on the binary algorithm,which realizes real-time monitoring and judgement of the input signals of the non-integrated ETS protection device.In addition,it puts forward an advanced and reliable diagnosis scheme.The problem of signal anomaly diagnosis and analysis is solved completely,the whole-process redundant configuration of the ETS is entirely achieved,and the signal independence and security reliability of the ETS is effectively improved.
