A Study on the Engineering Practice of the Comprehensive Treatment Plan for Ash Accumulation in the Wind Box of the Boiler of the 1000 MW Unit

摘要 为解决某1000 MW等级对冲燃烧锅炉前后墙二次风箱严重积灰问题,从整体角度分析了热二次风含灰量大的原因,并提出了“源头减灰+末端排灰”的综合技术改造方案:在空预器烟气侧与二次风侧加装声波吹灰器,以提升蓄热元件的清洁度,降低热二次风的含灰量;在风室底部安装吹扫喷嘴,促使落灰始终处于悬浮状态,利于其排出风箱。机组改造后,基本消除了风箱超载塌落风险,避免了有限空间内的人工清灰作业,保障了风箱密封性、支吊架安全性,具有显著的经济效益、社会效益和安全效益,可供后续同类型机组参考。 To solve the serious ash accumulation problem in the secondary air box of a 1000 MW front and rear wall opposed combustion boiler,the causes of the high ash content in the hot secondary air are analyzed from a holistic perspective,and a comprehensive technical renovation plan of the“source ash reduction+end ash discharge”is proposed.By installing acoustic soot blowers on the flue gas side and secondary air side of the air preheater,the cleanliness of the heat exchange components can be improved and the ash content of the hot secondary air can be reduced.By installing a blowing nozzle at the bottom of the wind chamber,the fallen dust can always be in a state of suspension,which is conducive to the discharge of the air box.After the renovation of the unit,the risk of overloading and collapse of the wind box is generally eliminated,manual cleaning operations in limited space are avoided,and the tightness of the wind box and the safety of the supports and hangers are ensured,which has remarkable economic,social and safety benefits and can provide reference for similar units in the future.
