摘要
《中国制造2025》提出实施制造强国战略。随着中国高端智能装备年新装量的增加,“双高”自动化类人才的需求量增大。通过理论分析与实践调研,以“八融合”人才培养模式为切入点,实施人才培养模式建设策略,可以培养具备扎实技术功底、跨领域综合素养的电气自动化技术专业人才,为地方经济社会发展提供人才支撑。
The“Made in China 2025”proposes to implement the strategy of building a strong manufacturing country.With the increasing annual installation of high-end intelligent equipment in China,the demand for“Double-high Plan”automation talents is growing.Through theoretical analysis and practical research,taking the“Eight Integration”talent cultivation mode as the starting point,implementing the strategies of talent cultivation mode construction can cultivate electrical automation technology professionals with solid technical skills and crossdisciplinary comprehensive literacy,which provides talent support for local economic and social development.
