摘要
为了探究无级变速拖拉机的换挡规律,对匹配新型液压机械无级变速器的拖拉机牵引特性进行分析。建立拖拉机动力系统理论模型,考虑各组成部分的效率变化,推导拖拉机牵引特性表达式;在此基础上绘制理论牵引特性曲线。分析实例的理论牵引特性曲线可知:匹配新型HMCVT的拖拉机在有效驱动力范围内可以实现较高的牵引功率和牵引效率,满足高性能拖拉机设计要求;但受限于实例的驱动轮滑转率,无法获得拖拉机HM1段的理论牵引特性曲线,这一问题可以通过匹配功率较小的发动机或提高驱动轮承载载荷解决。研究发现可以为下一步制定无级变速拖拉机换挡控制策略提供理论基础。
To investigate the shift patterns of a continuously variable transmission(CVT)tractor,the analysis was conducted on the traction characteristics of a tractor equipped with a novel hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission(HMCVT).A theoretical model of the tractor’s powertrain system was established,fully considering the efficiency variations of each component.The expression for the tractor’s traction characteristics was derived based on this model.Theoretical traction characteristic curves were plotted.Analysis of these examplary curves showed that the tractor equipped with the novel HMCVT could achieve high traction power and efficiency within the effective driving force range,meeting the design requirements for high-performance tractors.However,due to the drive wheel slip rate,the theoretical traction characteristic curve for the HM1 range of the tractor could not be obtained.This issue can be resolved by matching the tractor with a lower power engine or increasing the load-bearing capacity of the drive wheels.The findings of this study provide a theoretical foundation for formulating shift control strategies for CVT tractors in the future.
