资源型企业绿色转型过程中员工行为策略分析

摘要 资源型企业与其员工构成的二维演化博弈系统存在两种演化均衡策略:资源型企业在合理的范围内加大惩罚力度、分享绿色收益、深化绿色转型发展等措施能促进员工积极参与企业绿色转型工作;资源型企业员工增强绿色转型意愿、增加绿色主动行为劳动量等措施能刺激资源型企业加速绿色转型。两种措施都能使双方主体向最优策略演化并提升策略配合度,促成两者间长期均衡稳定状态的形成。 There are two evolutionary equilibrium strategies in the two-dimensional evolutionary game system composed of resource-based enterprises and their employees.Resource-based enterprises can take such measures to enhance punishment within a reasonable range,share green benefits,and deepen green transformation and development to promote active participation of employees in the enterprise’s green transformation work.Measures such as enhancing the willingness of employees in resource-based enterprises to undergo green transformation and increasing the workload of green proactive behavior can stimulate resource-based enterprises to accelerate their green transformation.Both measures can enable two sides to evolve towards the optimal strategy and improve the coordination of the strategy,which will promote the formation of a long-term equilibrium and stable state between the two sides.
