摘要
知识启动粘滞、知识发送粘滞与初创企业绩效之间存在显著负向影响,动态能力在知识启动粘滞、知识发送粘滞与初创企业绩效之间发挥着部分中介作用。知识互动粘滞、知识接收粘滞对初创企业绩效没有显著的直接负向影响,动态能力在知识互动粘滞、知识接收粘滞与初创企业绩效之间起发挥着完全中介作用。动态能力对初创企业绩效有显著正向影响。
There is a significant negative impact between knowledge initiation stickiness,knowledge transmission stickiness,and startups’performance,with dynamic capability playing a partial mediating role between knowledge initiation stickiness,knowledge transmission stickiness,and startups’performance.Knowledge interaction stickiness and knowledge reception stickiness do not have a significant direct negative impact on the startups’performance.Dynamic capabilities play a fully-mediating role between knowledge interaction stickiness,knowledge reception stickiness,and startups’performance.Dynamic capabilities have a significant positive impact on the startups’performance.
