摘要
作为中华职业教育社“四老”之一,冷遹在中国近代职业教育史上进行了大量实践,形成了较为完善的职业教育思想体系,即以人为本、贴近实际、校企互惠、灵活创新和服务社会,为职业教育发展作出了积极贡献。在加快构建现代职业教育体系背景下,应深入分析冷遹职业教育思想的精神内涵和时代价值,主动将冷遹职业教育思想融入办学治校全过程,探索一条推动职业教育高质量发展的实践之路。
As one of the“Four Venerable Scholars”of China Vocational Education Society,Leng Yu conducted extensive practice in the history of modern vocational education in China,forming a relatively complete vocational education ideological system,which is people-oriented,close to reality,mutually beneficial and favorable to schools and enterprises,flexibly innovative and service-oriented to society,and has made positive contributions to the development of vocational education.In the context of accelerating the construction of a modern vocational education system,we deeply analyze the spiritual connotation and contemporary values of Leng Yu’s vocational education philosophy,and actively integrate Leng Yu’s vocational education philosophy into the entire process of schoolrunning management to explore a practical pathway of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
