摘要
目的 探讨云南红药胶囊、地屈孕酮片联用治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血(AUB)的效果。方法应用数字表法将我院2022年7月至2024年1月门诊诊疗的98例围绝经期AUB患者随机分成2组,每组均49例。对照组予地屈孕酮口服,基于此,观察组加服云南红药胶囊,持续给药3个月经周期,比较2组疗效、止血时间、子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平、不良反应。结果 与对照组比,观察组总有效率较高,出血控制及完全止血时间均较短,子宫内膜厚度、促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)降低程度较明显(P<0.05);2组间不良反应率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 地屈孕酮、云南红药胶囊联用在围绝经期AUB治疗中安全有效,能调节性激素分泌,改善子宫内膜情况,缩短止血时间。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yunnan Hongyao capsules and tablets in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB)during perimenopause.Methods From July 2022 to January 2024,98 patients with perimenopausal AUB treated in our outpatient department were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was given oral administration of dexamethasone,while the observation group was given Yunnan Hongyao capsules for 3 menstrual cycles.The efficacy,hemostasis time,endometrial thickness,sex hormone levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher overall effective rate,shorter bleeding control and complete hemostasis time,and more significant reductions in endometrial thickness,luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Dexmedetomidine and Yunnan Hongyao Capsules is safe and effective in the treatment of perimenopausal AUB,which can regulate sex hormone secretion,improve endometrial condition,and shorten hemostasis time.
