复杂地质条件下的桩基完整性检测及质量评价研究 被引量:5

摘要 为合理评价桩基的完整性及其质量,结合某桥梁工程,利用声波透射法、钻芯法开展桩基完整性联合检测,并对桩基缺陷提出了对应的处治措施;最后,通过桩基缺陷处理后的沉降监测、预测分析来评价处治措施的合理性。分析结果表明:声波透射法、钻芯法的检测结果较为一致,均得出Z12,Z19,Z25和Z30桩的桩长满足设计要求,其缺陷位置主要位于桩顶、桩底。结合该工程,对桩顶、桩底缺陷分别采取破桩后重新浇筑和桩底后注浆处理;同时,根据桩基质量评价,其沉降趋于稳定,预测值范围为13.72 mm~28.79 mm,在沉降控制值范围内。说明桩基缺陷处理方式是合理的,为类似工程积累了经验。 To reasonably evaluate the integrity and quality of pile foundations,combined with a certain bridge project,a joint inspection of pile foundation integrity was carried out using acoustic transmission method and core drilling method,and corresponding treatment measures were proposed for pile foundation defects;Finally,the rationality of the treatment measures is evaluated through settlement monitoring and predictive analysis after the treatment of pile foundation defects.The analysis results show that the detection results of the acoustic transmission method and the core drilling method are relatively consistent,and it is found that the pile lengths of Z12,Z19,Z25,and Z30 piles meet the design requirements,the defect locations are mainly located at the top and bottom of the pile.In combination with the project,the defects at the top and bottom of the pile are treated by repouring after breaking the pile and grouting at the bottom of the pile,respectively;Meanwhile,according to the quality evaluation of the pile foundation,its settlement tends to stabilize,and the predicted value range is 13.72 mm~28.79 mm,which is within the settlement control value range.This indicates that the method of treating pile foundation defects is reasonable and has accumulated experience for similar projects.
