地铁盾构掘进施工安全控制

摘要 复杂多变的地下空间环境及地质条件,为地铁盾构掘进施工带来了不容忽视的安全风险。为确保盾构掘进技术的优势得以充分发挥,本文以郑州市轨道交通12号线一期工程为例,介绍了地铁盾构区间施工的薄弱环节,并提出地铁盾构掘进施工安全控制措施,如辨识风险源、安全控制要点、施工关键环节的安全控制与参数控制等。针对地铁盾构掘进小曲线半径段、地铁盾构掘进小净距、盾构掘进地层上软下硬段、盾构管片上浮、地铁盾构掘进大坡度段等环节,采取了切实有效的质量控制措施和施工安全保障策略,确保了施工安全,可供同类型工程参考。 The complex and changeable underground space environment and geological conditions bring the safety risk that cannot be ignored for subway shield tunneling.In order to give full play to the advantages of shield tunneling technology,this paper takes the first phase of Zhengzhou Metro Line 12 as an example to introduce the weak link of shield tunneling section construction,and puts forward the safety control measures of shield tunneling construction,such as identification of risk sources,safety control points,safety control and parameter control of key construction links.Effective quality control measures and construction safety guarantee strategies are adopted for the small curve radius section of subway shield tunneling,small clear distance of subway shield tunneling,soft and hard section above and below the stratum of shield tunneling,the floating of shield segments,and the large slope section of subway shield tunneling,etc.,which ensure the construction safety and can be used as reference for similar projects.
