摘要
为提高高速公路桥隧工程的质量控制工作成效,本文结合实际施工经验,总结了高速公路桥隧施工的质量控制影响因素。结合工程质量管理目标,针对施工前准备、桥梁工程施工设计方案审核、交通疏导处置、桥梁桩基施工、应用超前地质预报技术、爆破作业施工处理、实施施工安全管理、提高防水排水施工质量等方面提出质量控制策略,并简述了工程质量检测内容。相关措施有助于工程保质完成,促进了高速公路桥隧工程质量的提升。
In order to enhance the effectiveness of quality control in highway bridge and tunnel projects,this paper summarizes the factors influencing the quality control of highway bridge and tunnel construction based on practical construction experience.In line with the project’s quality management objectives,quality control strategies are proposed in the following areas:pre-construction preparation,review of bridge engineering construction design plans,traffic diversion management,bridge pile foundation construction,application of advanced geological forecasting technology,blasting operation construction,implementation of construction safety management,and improvement of waterproofing and drainage construction quality,and the content of engineering quality inspection is also briefly described.These measures are conducive to the high-quality completion of the project and promote the improvement of the overall quality of highway bridge and tunnel projects.
