基于三维地质模型的施工技术应用

摘要 灰岩地区岩层起伏变化剧烈,很难根据地勘探明地层变化情况。地下存在大量斜岩,预制混凝土管桩施工过程中极易引起断桩;大量溶洞的存在,如薄壳溶洞、串珠溶洞等,会对桩基施工造成安全隐患。以广州白云机场三期平西安置区南区项目为研究应用背景,利用岩土工程勘察报告钻孔柱状图数据生成三维地质模型,再将勘察剖面图与地质模型剖面图进行一一比对,从而得到岩面的变化数据、溶土洞的分布模型图。通过进一步分析岩面变化,初步预估桩长,合理配桩,选择接桩、截桩较少的配桩方案,以达到减少工序和节约成本的目的。 The rock strata in limestone areas fluctuate violently,making it difficult to determine the changes based on geological exploration.There is a large amount of inclined rock underground,which can easily cause pile breakage during the construction of prefabricated concrete pipe piles;The existence of a large number of karst caves,such as thin shell karst caves and bead karst caves,poses great risks to the quality of pile foundation construction.Based on the South Pingxi Resettlement Area Project of PhaseⅢof Guangzhou Baiyun Airport as the research and application background,the 3D geological model is generated by using the drilling histogram data of the geotechnical investigation report,and then the survey profile is compared with the geological model profile one by one,so as to obtain the rock surface change data and the distribution model map of karst caves.By further dividing the changes in the rock surface,preliminary estimation of pile length,reasonable pile arrangement,and selecting a pile arrangement plan with fewer pile extensions and cuts,the goal of reducing processes and saving costs is achieved.
