摘要
水下遥控机器人作业时脐带电缆通过绞车频繁收放,电缆在储缆盘上的排布整齐程度直接影响电缆的使用寿命。通过工程应用分析,提出一种利用图像检测手段对电缆自动收放排布进行优化的方法,并对该方法进行了验证。结果表明:利用图像检测技术能够有效解决现有手段电缆收放排布不均匀的问题,并改善电缆收放排布的齐整度。
In underwater ROV operation,the umbilical cable is frequently retracted and unwound through winch,and the neatness of its arrangement on storage tray directly affects the service life of the cable.On the basis of the analysis on engineering application,a method of optimizing the automatic retraction and unplacing arrangement of cables using image detection method is proposed,and verification of the method is condcuted.The results show that the use of image detection technology can effectively solve the problem of uneven cable retraction and arrangement by existing methods,and greatly improve the uniformity of cable retraction and arrangement.
