无人机倾斜摄影在土地确权中的应用——以灵璧县下楼镇地区为例

摘要 据相关要求,需在下楼镇开展农村宅基地和集体建设用地确权工作,但传统GPS-RTK测量模式无法满足采集效率和测绘精度要求。本文在总结无人机倾斜摄影测量原理、技术路线基础上,在灵璧县下楼镇系统开展了该技术的实地应用,介绍了下楼镇土地确权中无人机倾斜摄影的全流程工作方法,生产了该地区实景三维模型和正射影像,得到了各地籍子区占地面积、宗地数量等重要信息。本文成果进一步证实了该技术在土地确权中的有效性和先进性,为该区后续1∶500地籍图绘制及不动产统一登记发证提供了重要资料,对相近地区开展相关工作也具有指导意义。 According to the relevant requirements,it is necessary to carry out the work of confirming the rights of rural residential land and collective construction land in Xialou Town,but the traditional GPS-RTK measurement mode can not meet the requirements of collection efficiency and mapping accuracy.In this paper,based on summarizing the principles and technical routes of UAV oblique photography surveying,the field application of this technology is systematically carried out in Xialou Town,Lingbi County.The whole process of UAV oblique photography working method in land rights confirmation in Xialou Town,the 3D real scene models and orthophotos of the area are produced,and the important information such as the area covered by the various cadastral sub-districts and number of parcels are obtained.The results of this paper further confirm the effectiveness and advancement of this technology in land rights confirmation,and provide important information for the subsequent 1∶500 cadastral mapping and unified registration and issuance of real estate certificates in the district,and also have guiding significance for similar areas to carry out related work.
