基于数值模拟的岩溶地区地下水污染运移研究

摘要 尾矿库运营过程中的泄漏污染,会对区域环境尤其是地下水造成不良影响。特别在岩溶发育地区,含水层防污性能差,地下水治理修复难度大。以云南省保山市某尾矿库为例,利用数值模拟软件GMS中的MODFLOW模块模拟地下水流场、MT3DMS模块模拟预测污染物运移,预测硫酸盐、铅两种污染因子的污染状况。结果表明:尾矿浆中主要的污染物为硫酸盐,尾矿淋滤液中主要污染物为铅,在非正常工况下泄漏事故发生开始,监测井处污染物浓度逐渐上升,直到被污染羽完全包围,此后污染物开始排向附近河流。为了保护河流附近的饮用地下水源,应定时对监测井实施监测,若发现监测井水质开始恶化,必须及时采取措施,排查尾矿库泄漏源并切断污染源。对已经泄漏到含水层中污水进行抽出处理,避免残余污染物弥散到附近河流,进而污染饮用地下水水源。 Leakage pollution during the operation of tailings ponds can adversely affect the regional environment,especially groundwater.Especially in the karst development area,the aquifer has poor anti-pollution performance,and the groundwater management and restoration is dif-ficult.This paper takes a tailings pond in Baoshan City,Yunnan Province,as an example,and uses the MODFLOW module in the numerical simu-lation software GMS to simulate the groundwater flow field and the MT3DMS module to simulate the predicted pollutant transport,and predicts the pollution status of two pollutant factors,namely,sulphate and lead.The results show that the main pollutant in the tailings slurry is sulphate,and the main pollutants in the tailings leachate are lead and that the pollutant concentration at the monitoring wells rises gradually at the beginning of the leakage accident under abnormal working conditions until it is completely surrounded by the contamination plume,and the pollutants begin to be discharged to the nearby river thereafter.In order to protect the source of drinking groundwater near the river,the monitoring wells should be moni-tored regularly,and if it is found that the water quality of the monitoring wells begins to deteriorate,timely measures must be taken to investigate the source of the leakage from the tailing ponds and to cut offthe source of pollution.Sewage that has leaked into the aquifer should be pumped out and treated to prevent residual pollutants from dispersing into nearby rivers,thereby contaminating drinking groundwater sources.
