摘要
为研究阻化剂对煤炭燃烧的抑制作用,选用台头煤焦7205工作面的煤样作为研究对象,将柠檬酸钠、聚磷酸铵按照不同质量比例进行配比,并与原煤样混合制成6种试验煤样,利用锥形量热仪分别测定并分析0^(#)原煤样、1^(#)~6^(#)阻化煤样的燃烧性能。研究得出,相较于原煤样,6种阻化煤样的燃烧呈现不同程度的延缓。其中4#阻化煤样(柠檬酸钠与聚磷酸铵质量比为3:1)阻燃性能更为出色,其总热释放量、热释放速率峰值最低,二氧化碳生成量、烟气总释放最少,燃烧危险性最低。研究结果可以为煤自燃阻化剂研究提供新的方法。
To study the inhibitory effect of inhibitors on coal combustion,sodium citrate and ammonium polyphosphate were mixed in differ-ent mass ratios with raw coal samples to prepare six types of test coal samples.The combustion performance of 0^(#)raw coal sample and 1^(#)~6^(#)inhibitor coal samples was measured and analyzed using a cone calorimeter.The study found that compared to the original coal sample,the combustion of the six types of hindered coal samples showed varying degrees of delay.Among them,the 4^(#)flame retardant coal sample(sodium citrate to ammoni-um polyphosphate mass ratio of 3:1)has better flame retardant performance,with the lowest peak total heat release and heat release rate,the lowest carbon dioxide generation and total smoke release,and the lowest combustion hazard.
