摘要
针对吸管法测定土壤机械组成中除氯阶段用时过长的问题,研究探讨了淋洗液温度对实验效率的影响。选取山东邹城和内蒙古科右前旗的4组土壤样品,通过对比不同温度(10~90℃)去离子水淋洗的除氯用时,发现40~50℃时用时最短(26.8~29.2 h),较常温(23℃)缩短约40%。优化后全流程实验用时由106 h降至85 h左右,且平行样检测结果的相对偏差均≤5%,符合质量控制要求。研究表明,适当提高淋洗液温度可显著提升过滤效率,但温度过高会因滤纸性能下降导致用时增加。
In response to the issue of excessively long chlorine removal stage time in soil mechanical composition determination using the straw method,the influence of leaching solution temperature on experimental efficiency was studied and explored.Four sets of soil samples were selected from Zoucheng,Shandong and Keyouqian Banner,Inner Mongolia,testing with deionized water at 10~90℃ revealed a 40% time reduction(26.8~29.2 h)at 40~50℃ versus room temperature(23℃).After optimization,the overall experimental time was significantly reduced,and the relative deviation of parallel sample detection results was≤5%,which meets the quality control requirements.Research has shown that increasing the temperature of the rinsing solution appropriately can significantly improve filtration efficiency.
