多荷载作用下临时钢栈桥安全稳定性分析

摘要 临时钢栈桥在主桥施工过程中必须优先解决安全稳定性问题。对此,以贝雷钢栈桥为研究对象,开展多种荷载作用下钢栈桥受力状态分析研究。根据施工需求,设定钢栈桥钢材规格和材料容许参数,考虑履带吊荷载、挂车荷载、风荷载、水流力、运梁车荷载作为钢栈桥加载参数,建立钢栈桥模型并设定构件之间的连接方式。根据施工阶段,设定多荷载工况组合。对桥面系钢板、贝雷梁、分配梁、钢管桩在最不利荷载时的工况进行分析计算。经计算分析,工程采用的钢栈桥设计及材料选择能够满足主桥施工的各种车辆运输的需要,并保持良好运行状态和安全性要求。 The safety and stability of temporary steel trestle should be ensured during the construction of main bridge.Based on beret steel trestle,the stress state analysis of steel trestle under various loads was carried out.According to the construction demand,the steel specifications and material parameters of the steel trestle were set.Crawler load,trailer load,wind load,water flow force and beam carrier load were taken as the loading parameters of steel trestle,and the model of the steel trestle was established and the connection between the components was set up.In line with the construction stage,multi-load combination conditions were combined.The working conditions of deck steel plate,beret beam,distribution beam and steel pipe pile under the most unfavorable load were calculated.After calculation and analysis,the design and material selection of the steel trestle can meet the impact of various vehicles and environment in the construction of the main bridge,and maintain good running state and safety.
