摘要
为有效攻克住宅厨房排气不畅、窜烟窜味的顽疾,同时深入剖析集成灶工程领域的进入壁垒,课题组开展了全面且深入的调查与研究,编制了全国首部关于集成灶的安装图集,以及国内第一部系统性解决住宅厨房排气道系统现存问题的地方标准及配套图集,提出了住宅排油烟设备工作排风量限值要求、集成灶安装要求、不锈钢排气道的安装要求,以及排气道系统不平衡率的现场检验方法等,从而为保障住宅厨房排气系统的高效运行提供了坚实的技术支撑。
To effectively address the persistent problem of poor ventilation and smoke and odor crossover in residential kitchens,and to thoroughly analyze the entry barriers in the integrated kitchen hood engineering field,the research team conducted a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and study,and compiled the first installation atlas of integrated cookers in China,and compiled the first set of local standards and supporting diagrams for systematically solving the existing problems of the exhaust duct system in residential kitchens in China,the requirements of the limit of exhaust air volume,the installation of integrated stove,the installation of stainless steel exhaust duct and the on-site inspection method of unbalance rate of exhaust duct system are innovated.It provides solid technical support for ensuring the efficient operation of residential kitchen exhaust systems.
