型钢双夹梁托换技术在砌体结构顶升纠倾工程中的应用

摘要 某6层砌体结构综合楼,使用多年后房屋整体严重倾斜,处于危险状态影响正常使用。今应用型钢夹墙梁托换并结合智能化液压同步顶升技术,对上部砌体结构实施顶升法纠倾,使房屋南北向最大倾斜率由14.0‰纠倾到1.0‰,东西向最大倾斜率由4.3‰纠倾到0.8‰,从而消除房屋倾斜导致的结构安全隐患。实践证明,型钢夹墙梁托换是一种安全可靠、安装方便、可拆卸重复利用的绿色环保新技术,符合我国绿色低碳发展战略,在砌体结构纠倾及加固改造领域具有推广应用价值。 A six-story masonry structure comprehensive building,after years of use,has a severe overall tilt that exceeds the standard,seriously affecting its normal use and posing a dangerous state.By applying the steel beam wall underpinning technique combined with the intelligent hydraulic synchronous jacking technology,the upper masonry structure was lifted to correct the tilt.The maximum tilt rate in the north-south direction was corrected from 14.0‰to 1.0‰,and the maximum tilt rate in the east-west direction was corrected to within 0.8‰.Thus,the structural safety hazards caused by the building's tilt were eliminated.Practice has proved that the steel beam wall underpinning is a safe,reliable,easy-to-install,and reus‐able green technology that can be disassembled and reused.It conforms to China's green and low-carbon development strategy and has application and promotion value in the field of masonry structure tilt correction and reinforcement.
