摘要
目的探讨流产后关爱服务在人工流产术后患者中的应用效果。方法纳入2019年6月至2021年6月在兰州市妇幼保健院妇科行人工流产术的100例患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为常规组(50例)和关爱服务组(50例)。常规组接受术后常规服务,关爱服务组在常规组的基础上接受流产后关爱服务,对比两组心理状态、避孕知识知晓率、再次非意愿妊娠发生率及对服务的满意程度。结果干预2个月后,关爱服务组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);关爱服务组避孕知识知晓率为100.00%,高于常规组的88.00%(P<0.05);关爱服务组再次非意愿妊娠发生率(2.00%)低于常规组(18.00%)(P<0.05);关爱服务组总满意率为96.00%,常规组总满意率为80.00%,关爱服务组总满意率较高(P<0.05)。结论流产后关爱服务可帮助人工流产患者缓解心理压力,提高避孕知识知晓率,降低再次非意愿妊娠发生率,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of post-abortion care service in patients after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent artificial abortion in the Department of Gynecology,Lanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were included.They were divided into the conventional group(50 cases)and the care service group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The conventional group received routine postoperative service,while the care service group received post-abortion care service on the basis of the conventional group.The psychological states,awareness rates of contraceptive knowledge,incidence of unwanted pregnancy again,and satisfaction with the services were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of intervention,the scores of the Hamilton depression scale and the self-rating anxiety scale in the care service group were both lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge in the care service group was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.00%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of unwanted pregnancy again in the care service group(2.00%)was lower than that in the conventional group(18.00%)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the care service group was 96.00%,and that of the conventional group was 80.00%.The total satisfaction rate of the care service group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Post-abortion care service can help patients with induced abortion relieve psychological stress,increase the awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge,reduce the incidence of unwanted pregnancy again,and improve satisfaction.
