摘要
目的:在体教融合战略的背景下,国内部分职业足球俱乐部与当地校园足球尝试合作,提升了青少年后备人才培养质量,但存在竞赛体制构建不完善、学训冲突、发展理念不完善等问题。成都蓉城足球队作为目前四川省内唯一一支中超球队,该俱乐部在与成都地区校园足球合作上已取得一定成果。方法:以成都蓉城足球俱乐部为分析对象,研究其与成都地区足球特色学校合作内容,分析职业足球俱乐部促进校园足球发展的优势作用,构建中国职业足球俱乐部与校园足球合作新体系。结果:职业足球俱乐部与校园足球合作创新应该以打造新形态校园足球教学模式、保证校园学生文化学习与足球训练协调发展、赋能导师制协同育人效应、打造职业俱乐部引领校园足球竞赛体系、加强学校职业接轨、强化赛事监督等为具体实施路径。
Objective:In the context of the integration strategy of sports and education,some professional football clubs in China have attempted to cooperate with local campus football teams to improve the quality of youth reserve talent cultivation.However,there are still problems such as incomplete competition system construction,conflicts between learning and training,and incomplete development concepts.As the only Chinese Super League team in Sichuan Province,Chengdu Rongcheng Football Team has achieved certain results in cooperation with campus football in Chengdu area.Method:This article takes Chengdu Rongcheng Football Club as the analysis object,studies its cooperation content with football characteristic schools in Chengdu,analyzes the advantageous role of professional football clubs in promoting the development of campus football,and constructs a new system of cooperation between Chinese professional football clubs and campus football.Result:The cooperation and innovation between professional football clubs and campus football should create a new form of campus football teaching mode,ensure the focus on campus students,empower the collaborative education effect of the mentorship system,create a professional club to lead the campus football competition system,strengthen the integration of school and school professions,and enhance game supervision as the specific implementation path.
