水稻中间材料的白叶枯病的抗性鉴定

摘要 白叶枯病是水稻生产中的毁灭性病害之一,分析水稻抗白叶枯病基因是水稻抗病育种研究的重点。研究利用白叶枯病抗性基因Xa7和Xa23分子标记,结合田间鉴定和分子标记辅助选择分析中间材料。结果发现中间材料PB2、PB13的田间鉴定表现分别为中抗、抗白叶枯病,分子检测发现它们含有Xa7基因,中间材料PB27的田间鉴定表现为高抗白叶枯病,分子检测发现其含有Xa23基因。这些中间材料为水稻抗白叶枯病育种提供重要材料。 Bacterial blight is one of devastating diseases in rice production.Therefore,analyzing the genes that confer resistance to bacterial blight in rice is a key focus of breeding for disease resistance.In this study,the molecular markers for the resistance genes Xa7 and Xa23 were used to identify,and these intermediate materials were detected in the field and through the molecular markers.The results showed that the intermediate materials PB2 and PB13 were moderately resistant and resistant to bacterial blight in the field respectively,and they contained a geneXa7 through the molecular detection.The intermediate material PB27 was highly resistant to bacterial blight in the field,and it contained a geneXa23 through the molecular detection.These intermediate materials provide important materials for breeding rice with resistance to bacterial blight.
