摘要
新质生产力背景下学术期刊编辑既是期刊高质量发展的把关人、期刊论文高水平再创作的引领者,也是期刊高纬度创新的开拓者、期刊高技术应用的实践者,同时面临产业体系升级,多重角色冲突;技术迷雾重重,把关难度升级;创新思维不足,模式转变困难;发展空间受限,职业危机重重等挑战。学术期刊编辑通过提升政治素养,坚定正确方向;重构身份认同,加强定位认知;坚持创新引领、提升复合能力;优化职业生态、拓展职业发展空间等策略,有望促进学术期刊先进生产力的实现。
Under the background of new quality productivity,academic editors are not only gatekeepers of high-quality development and leaders of high-level re-creation of academic papers,but also pioneers of high-dimensional innovation and practitioners of high-tech application of journals.Meanwhile,they are facing challenges such as industrial system upgrading,multiple role conflicts,technological confusion,increased difficulty in quality control,insufficient innovative thinking,difficulty in mode transformation,limited development space,and career crisis.Strategies such as improving political literacy,firming in the right direction,reconstructing identity recognition,strengthening positioning cognition,adhere to innovation leadership,improving composite abilities,optimizing professional ecology,and expanding career development space are expected to promote the realization of advanced productivity in academic journals.
