五年制师范生特色课程培养模式的实践探索

摘要 基于五年制师范生培养的传统经验,面对区域经济社会发展对基础教育教师的现实需求,需要做好现有五年制师范生专业发展的规划。在“全科”培养理念下,五年制师范生培养,需要凸显艺术与技能特色,提升专业内涵和培养质量,破解就业难题。通过构建“四叶草”人才培养体系,创新特色课程培养模式,凸显五年制师范生艺术与技能特色,实现五年制师范生“全科”基础上的全面发展。 Based on the traditional experience of cultivating five-year pedagogical students,facing the practical needs of regional economic and social development for basic education teachers,the existing professional development for five-year pedagogical students needs to be well planned.Under the concept of comprehensive training,the training of five-year pedagogical students needs to highlight artistic and skill characteristics,enhance professional connotation and training quality,and solve employment problems.This article constructs a talent training system for four-leaf clover,creates the characteristic curriculum training mode,highlights the characteristics of art and skills education,in order to achieve a comprehensive development of pedagogical students based on comprehensive subjects.
