摘要
为解决岳南煤业2152G02工作面可能出现的瓦斯超限问题,以该工作面为研究对象,根据经验公式、理论分析和现场实际情况对长距离高位定向钻的布置位置进行分析,布置位置应在裂隙带范围内,布置高度和布置宽度在18.6~31.3 m和距离轨道顺槽23~34 m,并采用裂隙带以外的1号、2号钻孔和裂隙带以内的3号、4号、5号、6号钻孔形成对比,根据实际1号~6号钻孔抽采情况对上述结论进行了验证。裂隙带内钻孔瓦斯抽采平均浓度明显高于裂隙带外钻孔瓦斯抽采平均浓度,验证了钻孔布置位置的合理性和可行性。
In order to solve the problem of gas overrun that may occur in the 2152G02 working face of Yuenan Coal Industry,the working face is taken as the research object.According to the empirical formula,theoretical analysis and the actual situation of the site,the arrangement position of the long-distance high-level directional drilling is analyzed.The arrangement position should be within the range of the fracture zone,and the height and width of the arrangement should be 18.6-31.3 m and 23-34 m from the track groove.The No.1 and No.2 boreholes outside the fracture zone and the No.3,No.4,No.5 and No.6 boreholes inside the fracture zone are used to form a comparison.The above conclusions are verified according to the actual No.1 to No.6 borehole extraction.The average concentration of borehole gas extraction in the fracture zone is significantly higher than that outside the fracture zone,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the borehole layout.
